GUARANTEE POLICY

According to the general terms and conditions (Paragraph Guarantee)
1. The customer must check on or immediately after delivery whether the products delivered or the services provided are in accordance with the agreement.

2. Visible defects must be reported to Movingfloor-parts.com in writing within five working days of delivery or after the services in question have been performed.

3. Hidden defects must be reported in writing immediately after the customer has discovered them, but at the latest within six months after delivery of the products.

4. This guarantee does not cover defects attributable to fair wear and tear, paint on hydraulic parts, dirt, mis-use neglect or accident.

In case the complaint is reported beyond the above-mentioned timelines, the guarantee will not be granted and no refund will be arranged for. You are requested to order replacing parts through the webshop.


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Send your complaint to return@movingfloor-parts.com, confirming:

  • Order number
  • Receipt date of the parts
  • Problem description
  • Upload of clear photos of deficient product

2. Wait for confirmation mail of movingfloor-parts.com. Complained products may only be returned to Movingfloor-parts.com with the express prior consent of Movingfloor-parts.com.


3. Upon receiving the consent from movingfloor-parts.com; package the product with all its accessories in proper protective packaging.

4. Return the package within one month after receiving the consent from movingfloor-parts.com to return the product.

Movingfloor-parts.com will inspect the return product(s) upon receipt. In the event of complaints that are well-founded and properly submitted, in the opinion of Movingfloor-parts.com, Movingfloor-parts.com is obliged to either replace/exchange the products delivered or refund the payment. The right of complaint lapses if the delivered goods are no longer in the same condition as they were delivered and if goods have not been returned within 1 month after movingfloor-parts.com’s consent to return the goods.
