RETURN ORDER POLICY

According to the general terms and conditions (Paragraph Return Policy)
In case you would like to return the order, you have 14 calendar-days (counting from the day of receipt) to arrange the return transport.

In case the order is returned more than 14 days after the original receipt date, you will not be refunded for the return of the product.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill this form.

2. You will be informed in case your return request has been approved. We will confirm the approval by mail. Your right to return (and refund) expires if
   - you did not receive any approval mail
   - more than 14 days elapsed between the receipt of the product and your return request.

3. You can select any transport carrier yourself. The cost for sending the product(s) in return are for your own account.

4. Movingfloor-parts.com will inspect the return product(s) upon receipt and will arrange for refund of the order amount (excluding the original shipping costs) to the customer’s account within 14 days after receipt. The right to reimbursement lapses if the returned product is no longer in the same condition as it was delivered.
