Moving Floor Parts cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need to improve our services and carefully handle the information we provide about you and your use of our services that we have gathered. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 22/05/2019, with the publication of a new version expiring the validity of all previous versions. Web Store software package

Shopify Our web store has been developed with Shopify software. Personal data that you use for our service provided to us, are shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is on the basis of the agreement that we have concluded with them, obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify a certified processor of credit card information. Shopify uses cookies for technical purposes to collect information regarding your use of the software, there are no personal data collected and / or stored. Shopify reserves the right to collect information within its own group to share in order to further improve services. We send our newsletters and transaction emails using our Web Store software 'Shopify'. All the confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the servers of Shopify. Shopify will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of each e-mail automated via our website has been sent you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will not receive any more e-mails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Office365

We use the services of Office365 for our regular business email traffic. That party has appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox and we handle all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Shopify Payment Powered by Stripe We use our web store platform of Shopify Payment Powered by Stripe to process (part of) the payments in. Shopify Payment Powered by Stripe processes your name, address, and city and payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Shopify Payment Powered by Stripe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Shopify Payment Powered by Stripe reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and, in that context, to share (anonymous) data with third parties. Shopify Payment Powered by Stripe shares in case of a request for a deferred payment application (credit facility) personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the aforementioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data are also applicable to the components of Shopify Payment Powered by Stripe's services for which they provide third parties. Shopify Payment Powered by Stripe does not store your data for longer than the legal time limits are allowed.

Guest reviews

We collect reviews via the Shopify platform. If you leave a review via Shopify then you are required to provide your name, address and e-mail address. Shopify shares this data with us, so that we can link the review to your order. Shopify also publishes your name and residence on its own site. FedEx We use the services of FedEx to keep track our records and accounts. We share your name, address and place of residence details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is protected, sent and stored. FedEx is bound by confidentiality and will keep your information confidential. We keep your records as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
